Visit Creation

Hospitality On The Mountain.

If you live in the Pacific Northwest, or are just traveling through, you can join the team at Mount St. Helens Creation Center for their Family Fun Days on August 21 and 22.

These two days will be filled with adventure and timeless treasures. On Friday you can begin your time with a presentation by museum director Paul Taylor, followed by a 2.5-hour car tour of Mount St. Helens.

After the mountain tour, your children can enjoy a presentation on geology, and then you can take the whole family to Harry Gardner Park for a geology field trip. After the field trip you are invited to join museum hospitality director Geri Taylor for a time of afternoon tea at 3:00PM (by appointment only).

On Saturday, the Mount St. Helens Creation Center will have a Genesis exhibition entitled “A Walk Through Time” and also many activities for the whole family from vendors selling crafts to a farmers market.

Whether you have been the mountain before or not, you are sure to enjoy this time of hospitality and education at Mount St. Helens Creation Center.
